By including Wheels Across the Prairie Heritage Center in your estate plans or utilizing strategies like charitable donations through your Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), you can ensure that our mission thrives for years to come. ​Support Us with Your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD)

Did you know you can use your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your retirement account to support Wheels Across the Prairie Heritage Center? A Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) allows individuals age 70½ or older to donate up to $100,000 per year directly from their IRA to a qualified charity, like us.

 

Benefits of using your RMD for a QCD:

  • Tax Savings: The QCD isn't taxed as income, unlike a regular withdrawal.

  • Satisfies RMD: The QCD counts towards your annual RMD requirement.

  • Direct Impact: Your gift directly supports our mission.

  1. Contact your IRA administrator to initiate a Qualified Charitable Distribution to Wheels Across the Prairie Heritage Center.
